Appointment of single point design team for multi-user education campus. The appointment of a single point architect-led design team to carry out architectural services, civil & structural engineering services, building engineering services, green building and sustainable design, environmental, traffic management, fire engineering services, disability access, archaeology, ergonomics, landscape design, acoustic design, facade design, universal design and accessibility auditing, audio-visual design and space utilisation for a Multi-User Education Campus at a former army barracks in Monaghan Town consisting of the following: (a) Gael Scoil - 16 classroom primary school; (b) Gael Choláiste – 400 student post primary school; and (c) Institute of Further Education – 500 student college/institute. Part of the site for the project is to be reserved for the construction of an additional national school at a later date.
