Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Request to Participate - Private Ambulance Transport Services. The Health Service Executive, through the National Hospital's Office, wishes to invite suitably qualified suppliers to submit a request to participate in the provision of high quality private ambulance transport services throughout the HSE's range of operations. The service requirements are in the following categories and interested parties may express an interest in any or all of these categories: 1. Patient transfer services to and from health facilities. Emergency response services. Inter-hospital critical care services. This request to participate is advertised and conducted under the Health Sector Procurement Policy. In this regard the attached Supplier Information Form should be completed in full. It is expected that invited tenderers submitting tenders will demonstrate extensive and substantial qualifications, capabilities and experience in provision of similar service to comparable institutions.
