Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: T2 / Fit-out of Direct Retail Units. Dublin Airport Authority PLC proposes to commission a Building/Shop fitting Contractor to construct the complete fit out of the new Direct Retail Shops (approx - 1 610 sqm), in the new Terminal 2. The said area will be available as shell and core units. Work includes the following but not limited to, the preparation of construction/shop fit-out drawings for approval, preparation of all services and fit out co-ordinated drawings for approval, construction of sample units at tender stage and construction stage for approval and construction as described in drawings, sketches etc. to the specified standards and the agreed timescale of the fit out of the new Direct Retail Shops. Work is inclusive and not limited to installation of floor finishes, walls, ceilings, partitions, floor units. Wall units all movable and immovable units as specified; Mechanical fit out, Electrical fit out, Data, Communications, IT Services and Structural Engineering as required.
