Multi-party framework agreement for advertising services. Safefood is a North-South body, responsible for the promotion of food safety on the island of Ireland. It was established in 1999 under the terms of the British-Irish Agreement Act 1999 and the North-South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) Northern Ireland Order 1999. Safefood proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a multi-party framework agreement for its requirements relating to advertising services. These services will include the provision of above the line, below the line and online advertising for safefood, together with the provision of integrated communications planning and creative/design solutions strategically, and in terms of agreed brand values. It is envisaged that 3 advertising agencies will be appointed to the framework and will closely support the development of the brand and the delivery of its communication objectives. The duration of the framework agreement will be for 4 years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any subsequent contracts entered into under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
