Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) ("the Employer") is the Government Agency responsible for the provision of Light Rail, Metro and Integrated Ticketing Services in Ireland. The services which form the subject matter of this contract may be required by the RPA and/or the Dublin Transport Authority (DTA). As part of the Integrated Ticketing Scheme (ITS) RPA seeks to appoint a Full Service Marketing Agency for a period of 4 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years. This Agency is required to provide a number of services necessary to promote the testing and launch of the ITS card to the public market and to support the communications and promotional operational requirements of the ITS card. The Agency may also be required to carry out other marketing services on behalf of the DTA. It is envisaged that a shortlist of candidates between 3 and 7 will be invited to tender.
