RPA7248 media buying. Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) was established as an independent statutory body by Ministerial Order on the 28.12.2001 following the passing of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001. RPA is now seeking to build on the success of Luas and procure as part of the Government Transport 21 plan, further Luas and Metro lines. To this end, RPA intends to procure the services of a media buying agency. This would involve buying across all media channels including but not limited to print, radio, online, outdoor and television. It would also involve analysis of media spend. Interested candidates shall complete the electronic prequalification questionnaire (ePQQ). It is envisaged that between 3 and 6 candidates will be invited to tender, subject to having sufficient suitable candidates.
