National Sports Campus Development Authority

Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: NSCDA Secretariat Services Tender. The objective of this Competition is to secure the provision of Secretariat services to the National Sports Campus Development Authority (the “Authority”) and to its subsidiary, NSCDA (Operations) Ltd, (the “Company”), for a 3 year period, with the option to extend for a further 1 year, subject to a review of satisfaction. The successful provider will be responsible for Corporate Governance matters and, in particular, but not exclusively: — Secretary to the Authority, — Company Secretary to NSCDA (Operations) Ltd, — Secretary to the Finance and Audit Committee, — Secretary to any other ‘ad hoc’ Committees which may be established by the Authority or its subsidiary from time to time, — Matters arising under the Ethics in Public Office Act, — Corporate Governance issues. Responsibilities will include the provision of a tracking service on behalf of the Authority to ensure its full compliance with its Corporate Governance procedures and such Governance matters as may arise from the deliberations of the Authority and the Operating Company, together with related findings or recommendations of the Comptroller and Auditor General and the Internal Auditor. To provide for the independence of the function, the successful provider will report on budgetary and administrative issues to the Chief Executive of NSCDA and, functionally, to the NSCDA Authority and to the Board of NSCDA (Operations) Ltd, respectively, with unrestricted access to the respective Chief Executives.
