The Office of the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement of at least 3 firms capable of delivering forensic accounting services as and when required in relation to pending and possible bankruptcy cases before the High Court in Ireland. Expert forensic accounting services involving: (1) Forensic financial analysis of personal, corporate, trust and syndicate related data within the Republic of Ireland and world-wide; (2) Advising the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy in relation to the management of assets and liabilities within the Republic of Ireland and world-wide; (3) Asset tracing and investigation within the Republic of Ireland and world-wide.
