It includes: โข Demolition of rear party wall to No. 7 Harcourt Street (above and below ground). โข Backfilling of basement vault abutting the rear faรงade of the Protected Structure and propping of rear faรงade of the Protected Structure โข Installation of basement piling works (Secant Wall) โข Installation of shotcrete lining to inner face of piling wall โข Ground excavation works to the underside of proposed basement slab โข Temporary shoring props to restrain basement ope and all associated temporary site works
