The fixed framework agreement period is 5 years. The contracting entity has a further three annual options to extend for a further 12-month period.
The estimated value of the agreement is E1 billion excluding VAT during the entire period, depending on needs and budgetary resources, respectively.
The total values of the framework agreement indicated in Section II.1.5) and Sections II.2.6) are an indicative non-binding spending estimate. The actual value of the framework agreement may differ and will be determined by actual business needs.
However, the maximum contract value is estimated to be E1billion excluding VAT (Upper value limit).
