Housing Finance Agency Plc
The Housing Finance Agency (HFA) provides long-term financing to local authorities, Approved Housing Bodies and Higher Education Institutions to support the delivery of social and affordable housing. As part of the HFAโs loan assessment processes, an inspection by a qualified property valuation specialist and a report to confirm the value of homes in the loan application are required. The HFA is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider who can deliver accurate and timely valuation reports in accordance with the requirements outlined below.
