A comprehensive evaluation of the Children's Court Advocate Pilot Project. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness of the Children’s Court Advocate Pilot Project in achieving its aim of improving how the voice of the child is heard and considered in private family law proceedings. Tenderers are required to: - Monitor and assess the key processes involved in the setup and management of the Pilot. - Explore all key stakeholder’s experiences of the project including children, parents/guardians, Advocates, judges, as well as other relevant legal staff and associated support services. - Provide timely feedback to improve processes and outcomes for the duration of the Pilot. - Provide an analysis of processes and outcomes of phase one, after 12 months, to inform decisions on the subsequent roll out of Phase two of the Pilot. - Provide further analysis at the end of the Pilots’ phases to assess the outcomes of the Pilot to date.
