DLDC is seeking tenders from competent training providers for the design and delivery of a pilot 12-week Circular Fashion Training course. The course aims to equip participants with the ability to evaluate, repair, authenticate, and resell garments while critically examining the environmental and ethical considerations shaping circular retail.
