Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) is the cross-border health and social care partnership, comprising the Health Service Executive (HSE) in the Republic of Ireland and the Public Health Agency (PHA), Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) and Southern and Western Health and Social Care Trusts (SHSCT and WHSCT) in Northern Ireland. CAWT has been successful in securing grant funding from the European Union PEACE PLUS programme, to progress a cross border project called Community Connection and Wellbeing Project between April 2025 and March 2029. The Peace Plus Programme under which the grant is awarded is theme 4; Healthy and Inclusive communities. The specific Investment area 4.1; Collaborative Health and Social Care. This EU Peaceplus CCW Project tender competition seeks to appoint between 1 and 4 external service provider(s)/partnership(s) to deliver psychosocial activities and community supports to a total of 2,352 unique individuals across the four geographical lot areas covering the border counties in Ireland only (588 unique individuals per lot area). This tender competition is being managed by HSE Procurement on behalf of the CAWT partnership and relates to the four geographical lot delivery areas within Ireland only (588 unique individuals per IRL lot delivery area). For these 4 lot areas, Individual contracts will be finalised between the successful parties and the Health Service Executive (HSE), Ireland. Please see tender documents for more information.
