The purchase, delivery and installation of desking, pedestals and storage units ("Office Furniture") by the Contracting Authority and Clients (as defined in clause 1.2 of this RFT). Any reference to Clients shall be deemed to include reference to the Contracting Authority. Parties eligible to participate in this Goods Framework Contract; Central Government Departments, Offices and non-commercial agencies and organisations that have a formal reporting and legal relationship with these Departments including, but not limited to; Local Authorities in Ireland including Town Councils, Regional Assemblies, County Enterprise Boards and Libraries, The Irish Health Sector including the Health Service Executive (HSE), the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), Third level institutions (Universities, Institutes of Technology), VEC Schools, primary. post primary, special and secondary schools (the total number of schools is approximately 4,060), VECs acting on behalf of schools, groups and clusters of schools and youth centres, An Garda Siochana, The Defence Forces, The Irish Prison Service, The Contracting Authority and all of the above Clients are located in the Republic of Ireland.
