Transport Infrastructure Ireland (the "Contracting Authority") requires network asset management services to be carried out by a Service Provider including the collection of pavement condition data, digital imagery and other appropriate information and data on all sections of the National Road and Active Travel Network, inclusive of all motorways, dual carriageways, single lane roads and Active Travel Infrastructure. These surveys shall include interchanges / junctions, merge and diverge ramps and circulatory elements of roundabouts including Task Maintenance Areas (TMAs). In addition to undertaking surveying activities, the Service Provider shall provide support in the operation of the Contracting Authorities Pavement Asset Management System (PAMS) to assist the Contracting Authority in the management of their National Road and Active Travel Network assets over the entire Contract term. There will also be a requirement under this contract for materials testing and associated consultancy services.
