University College Cork requests a single supplier to supply, install and commission the following prosthetics dental laboratory furnishings; โข 15 Student prosthetics technician workstations with operator stools ยท 1 Teacher prosthetics workstation with operator stool. ยท 15 student prosthetics workstations with operator stools ยท Specialist cabinetry for associated wet plaster area. The prosthetics technician workstations are for the education of undergraduate dental students and must integrate fully with our existing phantom head units (Kavo DSE Expert). The successful tenderer will be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of all equipment. The successful tender will also be responsible for liaising with the contracting authority and their separately appointed contractor responsible for the refurbishment of the designated rooms to which the equipment is being installed. Once the contractor has been appointed for the refurbishment of the areas outlined, the schedule of works for installation of the workstations and cabinetry will be confirmed. All deliveries and installations must be carried out in line the agreed schedule of works finalised by the University with the appointed contractor for the larger refurbishment work project planned to commence Dec 2025 subject to successful completion of enabling works. CUDSH will keep the successful tenderer informed on any change to the projected timeline.
