Scope of Works: The scope of works to be delivered under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: โข Site clearance and site preparation works โข Foundations and associated substructure works โข Supply, fabrication, and erection of a steel portal frame structure, including external cladding โข Electrical installations and associated services โข Rainwater goods, guttering, and surface water drainage โข Appointment and fulfilment of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) duties in accordance with statutory requirements
