In accordance with S.I. No. 130/2010 (as amended by S.I. No. 192/2015), unsuccessful tenderers may initiate a review procedure. A standstill period of 14 calendar days applies from the date on which notification of the award decision is sent electronically. During this period, the contract cannot be concluded.
Any legal challenge must be brought within 30 days of the date the applicant became aware, or ought to have become aware, of the alleged infringement. These time limits are set out in Regulation 7 of the Review Procedures Regulations.
