The Minster for Public Expenditure Infrastructure Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (the โContracting Authorityโ) is seeking submissions to establish a Employee Assistance Progamme (EAP), including management support to in-house employee assistance services. In summary, this Services Contract will require the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme to include management support, counselling services for public sector bodies, their employees and those for whom they wish to extend their duty of care. The Service available under this Framework will reflect contemporary practices, knowledge and facilitates access to appropriate forms of professional support.
