The framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition / a competition for an initial call-off contract for provision of Delivery of Mastering Senior Public Service Leadership Programme. The Mastering Senior Public Service Leadership Programme is an executive leadership programme specifically designed for Civil Service Principal Officers, Local Authorities Director of Services and equivalent grades across the Irish Civil and Public Service. The programme is built upon and specifically aligned to the Public Appointment Service Principal Officer Capability Framework. The purpose of this programme is to equip leaders with the strategic knowledge, skills and expertise necessary to support their critical reflection in the fulfilment of their current roles within the rapidly changing dynamic environment. The programme will consist of 5 modules delivered in two x 2 day blocks and one x 1 day block. The programme is likely to consist of six cohorts of 24 participants (144 participants in total) delivered annually. The cohort structure is subject to annual review.

The maximum duration of the framework agreement will be four (4) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance. The initial call-off contract awarded under the Framework Agreement will be for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend it for a further period of two (2) years, based on successful delivery of the contract, strategic alignment and budget availability.
