National Treatment Purchase Fund
The NTPF intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of hospital services, including Outpatient Packages of Care and Inpatient and Day case procedures. The Framework Agreement will be established with all suppliers who meet the minimum qualification criteria, as outlined in this Selection Questionnaire and subsequent ITT. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be four (4) years.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure as set out in the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 284 of 2016). The process will be conducted in two stages. In Stage 1, interested candidates will complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire to assess their eligibility, legal standing, technical capacity, and relevant experience. All candidates who meet the minimum qualification criteria will proceed to Stage 2, where they will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for inclusion in the Framework Agreement.
