(ii) An external heat pump and gas tank compound and a standalone substation building. (iii) Adjustments to the existing vehicular and pedestrian site entrance gates onto Bรณthar Buรญ road and on-site set down improvements, new internal access roadways, increase of on-site car parking, including a covered bicycle stand, site lighting, and all ancillary site works.
