Rosary College is a voluntary secondary school under the patronage of the Religious Sisters of Charity. The College is located on Armagh Rd., Crumlin, Dublin 12, and was constructed in 1968. The total school area is approx 4,280m², over 2 floors, with a central open courtyard, which includes 28Nr. classrooms, 1Nr. GP Hall, Staffroom and toilets. The proposed works entails upgrading of the electrics in the entire school including: • Decommission and replace the existing main and sub distribution, power and general services installation, general lighting, communication, access and CCTV and associated cabling throughout the buildings. This includes all sockets, spurs, wiring, fittings, and devices. • Supply, installation, testing and certification of new main and sub distribution, power and general services, general lighting, door access, communications system, PA system CCTV systems. This includes all light fittings, cabling, and containment. • Testing and commissioning and certification of the upgraded Electrical installations. • Supply and installation of new suspended ceiling within affected areas, approx., 2000m2. • Contractor to make good and damaged paintwork to be repaired to match existing and include for firestopping. • An electrical periodic inspection and testing regime should be set up with an electrical contracting company post works to ensure the electrical installation is kept in safe and good working order into the future.
