Atlantic Technological University (ATU) seeks tenders for an architect-led integrated design team for the design, construction and fit out of a veterinary facility at Letterkenny, Co Donegal. The team will be led by the architectural services consultant and will be required to provide civil and structural engineering consultancy services, mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services, fire engineering consultancy services, project supervisor design process services and energy efficient design facilitator services including all required specialist skills as part of the appointment. The team will be required to work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveying consultant who will be appointed separately. The Project Information Memorandum (PIM) should be read in conjunction with the QC2-Part 1 and 2, and the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
