Working directly with the Programme Director and Co-Chairs of 'Balance for Better Business' (B4BB) to provide PR and communications advice and support the group and initiative over the next 12-24 months. B4BB is an independent, business-led Review Group established by the Government of Ireland to improve gender balance in senior business leadership in Ireland. The Review Group is supported by a wider 'Advisory Group' which consists of high level executives and CEOs. The Review Group is supported in its work by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment
