NMBI is looking for the provision of a comprehensive facilities management service, on both a planned and ad hoc basis, to the NMBI's premises . The tender will include both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of system failures/urgent requirements. 1. NMBI require cleaning services every evening from 5pm to 8pm. 2. It is expected that 2 cleaning staff are required to clean the building. 3. Security services are needed every morning and evening to open and close up the building and to respond to intruder/fire alarm activations. 4. There should be an account manager who is the point of contact for NMBI. 5. There should be a planned preventative maintenance plan established and thereafter provision of repair maintenance as required. 6. The likely volume of help desk calls is in the range of 5 minimum per month.
