New Primary School for Adamstown Castle Educate Together - Mechanical Specialist

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified Mechanical Specialists for the construction of a new primary school for Adamstown Castle Educate Together, Adamstown, Co. Dublin. The project involves the development of a new 32-classroom primary school, including a 4-classroom Special Educational Needs (SEN) base, two combined General Purpose (GP) rooms, ancillary accommodation, and all associated site development works, including car parking and new sports pitches. The Mechanical Reserved Specialist will be responsible for the complete mechanical services installation for the project, including the appointment of sub-specialists for mechanical site services, soil and waste installations, water installations, gas installations, space heating installations, ventilation installations, Building Management System (BMS), rainwater harvesting, and firefighting equipment.
