The proposed works include but are not limited to: โข Vacant house refurbishments, โข Occupied house refurbishments, โข Repairs and minor improvements to vacant and occupied houses. The works will be awarded by individual Task Order using the Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract. It is proposed that there will be 5 Lots as follows: Lot 1: Projects to be carried out in the Athy Municipal District. Lot 2: Projects to be carried out in the Celbridge/Leixlip Municipal District Lot 3: Projects to be carried out in the Clane/Maynooth Municipal District Lot 4: Projects to be carried out in the Kildare/Newbridge Municipal District Lot 5: Projects to be carried out in the Naas Municipal District The proposed framework is intended to commence in Q2 of 2025 and run for an initial 12-month period with the option to extend by a further 12-month term. Therefore, the framework will run for a maximum 24-month term, or a maximum spend of โฌ2,000,000 per Lot.
