Limerick City and County Council acting as a purchasing body is setting up a multi-supplier Framework Agreement ("the Framework Agreement") for the provision of Civil Works Contracts in relation to the development of Major National Roads Schemes (Capital Costs greater than โฌ20m) in which the Council is involved in within the City and County of Limerick. Limerick City and County Council is the Contracting Authority and will procure mini-competitions (call offs) from this Civil Works Framework. The successful tenderers will subsequently enter into a Framework Agreement with the "Contracting Authority" (as Employer"). The Framework will allow for up to five framework contractors ("Participants") (provided sufficient tenderers quality) to qualify for a place on the Framework.
