Project Brand commenced at the beginning of the year because of our new four-year strategy which sets out a clear mission for the promotion of Irish food, drink and horticulture. In an increasingly competitive and unstable global marketplace, we need to ensure that Ireland’s food and drink industry stands out from competitors and connects with our target audiences so we can continue to drive commercial growth opportunities for clients. Revitalising Ireland’s food and drink brand has been identified as a key priority to fulfil this ambition. The research element of Project Brand has been broken out into two phases; the first phase is focused on developing a global proposition for Irish Food and Drink amongst customers and is currently underway. The Strategic Insight team is now seeking to appoint a partner agency for the second phase of research for Project Brand.
