The services contract is to provide an Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services for The Proposed New Laboratory Development at Johnstown, Naas, Co.Kildare. Scope of Services The purpose of this tender competition is to procure an Architect Led Integrated Design Team [AIDT] for: The existing microbiology building (to be retained functioning in its current format), to include a new dedicated boiler servicing the building), retention of administration and general staff services in the current building, with minimal internal refurbishment works, then the construction of a new separate Three-Storey building of 1,690mยฒ and with a separate necropsy building of 400mยฒ (located adjacent to the existing sewage treatment plant and similar to Scheme No. 2). General localised re-design of car parking areas on site, as the new building will occupy the centralised existing car park area, the construction of a secondary access road to the public road and the reorganisation of localised below ground services and pumping stations.
