Total development size 9.3Ha of which 6.2Ha is pitches and 3,240m2 is new /refurbished buildings They now seek to procure a Main Contractor and PSCS as well as Reserved Specialists for Pitch Contractor, Floodlighting Contractor and Spectator Stand Manufacturer and Contractor to deliver this project. The procurement process is being run in a two stage process under the restricted procurement procedure. The first stage (this stage) is to obtain information from Applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of experience delivering projects of similar scale, nature and complexity. This CfT is for Reserved Specialist Floodlighting. Floodlighting to four pitches each 145m x 90m with 5m runoff. Floodlighting will be in accordance with criteria set out in specimen design submitted as part of Further Information on which Planning Permission FW22A/0098 was granted. Pitch No.1 to be lit to Class I 500 Lux horizontal average, 0.7 Emin/Eav. Remaining pitches to be lit to Class II 350 Lux horizontal average, 0.7 Emin/Eav. Floodlighting to be achieved using 21.3m maximum height columns (typically 6 no. per pitch, shared columns between pitches, with the exception of Pitch No.1 which has 7 no.). Floodlighting to be LED with cut off visors to and cowls to prevent light emissions above the horizontal plane of the fitting. The applicant will be responsible for fitting of control panels, sub-panels to allow for efficient operation of the lights. The applicant will be responsible for the detail design of the proposed floodlighting system (to accord with the submitted specimen design), including design of concrete bases to support lighting columns.
