Fingal County Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Building Surveying and Inspection Services to support the Housing Department in meeting its obligations under the Government’s Housing for All strategy. It is envisaged that services will be required for approximately 1,000 properties per year over a four-year period, subject to funding and demand. Properties may arise across multiple housing delivery streams, including but not limited to: Turnkey acquisitions Buy and renew schemes Long-term leasing Part V purchases Derelict or vacant properties Other acquisition programmes An Initial Contract of two (2) years' duration will be awarded to the highest-ranked tenderer following the establishment of the Framework Agreement. This initial contract will involve the delivery of building surveying and inspection services as outlined below, including regular reporting and technical support to Fingal County Council.
