The buildings and the grounds are identified on the map on p25. The accommodation blocks are part of a wider campus owned by St. John of God Trust (Limited) in Drumcar, Co. Louth. There are a number of St. John of God clients and staff based in the campus. Broadly the services required will include: Management of the accommodation centre and administrative services Staffing Housekeeping/Cleaning Security and Supervision Maintenance = General day to day maintenance and grounds keeping The provision of wi-fi Waste Disposal Gas and electricity costs will be paid by the Contracting Authority
