The R250 is a strategic route, providing an infrastructural link between the gateway town of Letterkenny in the east of Donegal and the historical towns of Glenties/Ardara in the west of Donegal. Donegal County Council proposes to improve the section of the road at Currynanerriagh Bridge, which is situated approximately 1.3km west of Fintown village. The successful Consultant appointed will be required to undertake the duties and services associated with the design of the bridge and road realignment requirements in accordance with TII Publications and TII Project Management Guidelines. The Consultant appointed will be required to undertake the duties and services associated with the delivery of the project including but not limited to; General duties, Phase 2 Option Selection, Phase 3 Design and Environmental Evaluation, Phase 4 Statutory Processes, Phase 5 Enabling and Procurement, Phase 6: Construction and Implementation and Phase 7: Close out and Review.
