The Minister for Education (the Contracting Authority) intends to establish a Design and Build Contractor Multi-Party Framework, herein referred to as the Framework for the delivery of exchequer funded primary and post-primary school building projects in areas of development and increasing population across Ireland. It is envisaged that the Framework, once established, may be open to other Government Agencies. Further details of the competition and works to be completed are set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Information Document.
