The person or persons providing the services should be available provide a service to the CORU Appeals Team (2 persons) in the CORU offices at least two days and week, and in a hybrid environment for two days (total 4 days a week) for 46 weeks. The service provider will be required to; 1. Support operational management of appeals including scheduling of appeals, liaising with appeals committee members, legal assessors and appellants, organising training for appeals committee members. 2. Review appeals applications to ensure documents are properly completed and valid. 3. Review appeals files in advance of committee meetings for completeness and identify any potential questions and considerations for the appeals committee. 4. Communicate outcome of appeals committee with appellants and Registration Boards, including completion of relevant paperwork. 5. Complete monthly reporting on appeals cases heard, outcomes and progress.
