Coláiste Mhichíl
The project takes place on the site of an existing school and includes partial demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment works to existing buildings, the construction of new buildings (circa 6,324m2) and all associated site development works. The construction works will take place on a phased basis. The Reserved Specialists are being procured separately from the Main Contract and when procured will enter into a contract with the Main Contractor.
