The Department utilises SAP Business Objects as itโ€™s Enterprise Reporting tool and holds a number of concurrent user licences. An increase of 50 concurrent user licences (5 x packs of 10 licences) is required, to include confirmation of both the initial purchase price and any support and maintenance fees arising thereafter. The Department also requires the facility, if necessary, to purchase additional licences over and above the initial 50 required over the term of any contract arising from this RFT.
