It is envisaged that TUS Midwest will use the single supplier Framework for Lot 1. This will include PPM maintenance works, reactive maintenance works and minor works not exceeding โฌ15,000 excluding vat in value. Where an individual item of work exceeds โฌ15,000 excluding vat, TUS will conduct a separate procurement procedure between the Lot 2 Framework members. All projects exceeding โฌ200,000 excluding vat will be subject to a full tender process which falls outside the remit of these frameworks. Tenderers can apply for any or all Lots. Success in a Lot does not exclude a tenderer from inclusion in the other Lot. A tenderer can be admitted to both lots.
