The successful Contractor shall develop the detailed design of the proposed alterations to Connolly Station. The Contractor shall subsequently construct the works, test and commission all systems they install and provide as-built documentation and drawings accurately detailing the works as constructed. Works will need to integrate into the existing operational station, with extensions to systems including (but not limited to) low voltage power, lighting, HVAC, CCTV, Customer Information Systems, Public Address, fire detection and suppression systems and help points.
