Upgrade of Met Éireann's Satellite Observation Handling System
Met Eireann
Met Éireann, Ireland’s National Meteorological Service, looks to upgrade its satellite observation handling system to ensure continuity of data supply, capacity for higher data rates and new data types from next-generation meteorological satellites over the next 10 years, and to increase the resilience and geo-redundancy of this data source. The supplier of the new satellite system would be required to provide and install required reception and processing hardware and software, commission and test the system and provide a service and maintenance plan.
