Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is seeking to establish a Framework for Falling Weight Deflectometer and associated services for road pavement rehabilitation projects. This four year Framework is for use on motorways, national primary roads and national secondary roads in Ireland. The purchasers in this Framework are Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Local Authorities. To conduct these surveys and the associated analysis and reporting, TII wishes to appoint three Contractors to a multi-party framework agreement. The framework agreement is being procured by TII for itself and all local authorities in Ireland. The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Open Procedure.
