The supply, delivery, install and commission of an automated yogurt processing line. A complete system comprising of the following: 1. Compact Pasteurisation unit, 1,000 L/H 2. 1,000 litre yogurt processing tank 3. 1,000 litre powder mixing and hydration tank 4. Homogeniser 5. Transfer pump from milk storage bulk tank to pasteuriser/hydration tank 6. Transfer pump from processing tank to current filling machine (Ilpra FS2000) 7. In line cooling when pumping from processing before filling. 8. Full automated CIP wash system for all components. 9. All necessary pipe work to connect individual machines as system Please see tendering document for full details of my requirement. This project is subject to approval of LEADER funding under the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) by reference to suitability and cost. Please request for further information if needed.
