The Provision Content Creation and Training Delivery as part of the SME Productivity Scheme
Small Firms Association/Ibec
The purpose of this RFT is to appoint up to three training providers who will develop and deliver interventions under each of the four pillars of the MentorsWork programme, designed to improve the productivity of Irish SME Owner/Managers and their organisations. Content will be developed and delivered to participants on the programme โcurrently this is in the version of PowerPoint presentations along with any associated/relevant handouts or templates. SFA operates to very high standards and we expect the successful service provider to: โข take a strategic approach to their element of service provision, understanding it is a part of a wider programme and must align and contribute to the overall aims and objectives of the Scheme. โข Recommend innovative approaches in order to create solutions that will make the training sessions engaging, relevant and unique. โข They must have previous experience in the Pillar for which they are submitting an RFT โข Response. โข They must demonstrate that they adopt a meticulous approach to quality control. โข They must collaborate with the MentorsWork team and other external service providers to ensure that the positioning, outcomes and aims of the Scheme are achieved. Delivery is for 3-hour blocks of time including 30 minutes in advance of the session start time to meet with the MentorsWork team for pre-delivery checks. Trainers may be asked to do 2 x 1 hour session back-to-back within this time frame or to extend a 1 hour session into a 2 hour session.
