In summary, the Services comprise the provision of a Payments Collection Service for Fixed Charge Notices. An Garda Síochána is committed to providing the best possible service to individuals who have been issued a Fixed Charge Notice and is seeking a Contractor to provide an efficient and cost-effective payment collection service for the Fixed Charge Notices. Tenderers should note that An Garda Síochána consider the details of the Annexes to the Specification of Requirements to be confidential. The Initial Tender will be awarded for one (1) year. The Contracting Authority has reserved the option to extend the contract annual for up to 5 Years in Total. The Contract is subject to renewal by public tender thereafter. Note the Contracting Authority has also reserved the right to renew the contract by way of public tender in liew of any and all contract extensions provided for.
