Team members will be required to have the competencies and skills to build relationships with the target group whose needs may include enduring mental health problems and personality disorders, physical health issues, ongoing poly-drug use including alcohol and injecting drug use, offending behaviour including sex offending, physical and /or intellectual disability, and challenging behaviour. Lot 4 - A separate multidisciplinary Health team will provide health support for clients with challenging mental health and addiction issues and it will also support individuals in accessing psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation. The multidisciplinary team will include suitably qualified staff in general nursing, psychiatric nursing, mental health, substance use/ addiction, and other specialisms may be brokered as required.
