Tenderers are also advised that the estimated value of €168,000 ex vat is for guidance purposes only.
Options for additional Services for additional phases / Building or Facilities are clearly detailed in the Project Information Memorandum document. The Options identified may be applied during the Service Contract. The right to use the options is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, who also reserve the right to procure such services outside of any contract awarded under this RFT.
