Supply, Deliver and Install Solution Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer

This contract comprises a commitment to procure a Solution Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer from the successful tenderer. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the required equipment, including any training that is required. The units shall be governed by a one-year warranty, commencing upon their date of successful commissioning. Following the expiry of the warranty period, the successful tenderer may be required to support and maintain the unit for a period of five years, as set out in the Specification of Requirements contained in Appendix 1 of the tender document.
